MouldFoam^® has been developed and produced for the production of models, prototypes and industrial moulds. The material shows an excellent workability, both with traditional tools and with the most sophisticated new generation machinery.
Thanks to its high isotropy, the material is workable with many different types of equipment and the feed rate is independent of the manufacturing direction. The worked surfaces show a very little porosity, especially with the higher density grades.

MouldFoam^® comes in different densities in order to satisfy the various final applications of the product.
